The activities of the NS Gerbois sawmill are recognized for their respect for the forest. All our production is carried out locally at our site in Lure (70200). We source all our wood within a 100 km radius around the sawmill.
We source from sustainably managed forests. We prioritize forest owners and operators who manage and exploit their wood while respecting and maintaining the balance of biodiversity, fauna, and flora, preserving soils and water resources, and ensuring the constant renewal of the forest.
Our goal is to supply the sawmill with wood (logs and sawn wood) in the qualities requested by our customers. We evaluate volumes and qualities directly in the forest, measure and list the batches. We communicate with all potential sellers:

We have a real passion for the forest. Our aim is to align what the forest provides us with the wood needs of our customers. To respect what nature has to offer: preserve it, enhance it, and transform the harvest into products dedicated to construction and industry.
